Roasted Parsnips with Honey and Thyme

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium parsnips, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or ½ teaspoon dried thyme)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the parsnip sticks with olive oil, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper, tossing to coat evenly.
3. Spread the parsnips in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
