Featured Recipe: Açaí Bowl Recipe

  • 2 packets frozen açaí puree (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 banana (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other milk of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g. granola, fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes)

Instructions:

  1. Run the packets of frozen açaí under warm water for a few seconds to break them up into
    smaller pieces.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the açaí, banana, mixed berries, almond milk, and
    honey/maple syrup (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  4. Add your favorite toppings, such as granola, fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, and coconut flakes.
  5. Serve and enjoy your delicious and nutritious açaí bowl!
