
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt (or milk)
Instructions:
- In a blender or food processor, grind the rolled oats into a fine powder.
- In a bowl, mix the oat powder, honey, and yogurt until you achieve a smooth paste.
- Apply the mask to your clean face and leave it on for 15-20 minutes.
- Rinse with warm water and pat dry. Your skin will feel soft and hydrated!
