My daughter created this recipe when she was just an itty bitty thing. It warms my heart to remember those days.

Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup sugar (plus enough to sprinkle on the top of cupcakes)
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup honey
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 cups milk

Instructions
- Preheat over to 350o
- In a large mixing bowl cream butter and sugar
- Add eggs and honey. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, and baking powder
- Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, and stir until just combined; be careful not to overmix.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes
- Sprinkle each muffin generously with granulated sugar
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and the tops are lightly golden.
- Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
