Ingredients
- 1 medium potato
- 1 bunch of parsley (minced)
- 2 small white onions (finely chopped)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cups cooked garbanzo beans
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- dash of cayenne
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350o
- Boil and mash the potato
- Mash the garbanzo beans separately
- Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly
- Scoop 2 tablespoons at a time and form into balls. Place on greased cookie sheet
- Cook for 10 minutes on each side
