Don’t let your ripe bananas end up in the compost. Peel them and freeze them to be used for smoothies! This invigorating berry blast smoothie is a delightful fusion of luscious blueberries, ripe strawberries, creamy banana, and naturally sweet dates, all blended with creamy yogurt or almond milk.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 dried dates
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt or almond milk

*combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth
