Buffalo Chicken Dip

This creamy and spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip is a crowd-pleaser, perfect for game day or any gathering. It’s easy to make and full of flavor, sure to satisfy your cravings.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, sour cream, and buffalo wing sauce.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
  10. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers. Enjoy!
