Pomegranate and Mango Salsa

This vibrant pomegranate and mango salsa is a delightful blend of sweet, tangy, and refreshing flavors. It’s perfect as a topping for grilled meats, a dip for tortilla chips, or a zesty addition to tacos!

Ingredients
• 1 ripe mango, diced
• 1 cup pomegranate seeds
• 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped (optional, for heat)
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• Juice of 1 lime
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, pomegranate seeds, chopped red onion, diced red bell pepper, and jalapeño (if using).
2. Add the chopped cilantro and lime juice to the mixture.
3. Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting the flavors as needed.
5. Let the salsa sit for about 15-30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
6. Serve chilled or at room temperature with tortilla chips, on grilled chicken or fish, or as a topping for tacos.
