Tarragon and Lemon Grilled Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, toss the trimmed asparagus with olive oil, chopped tarragon, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
3. Place the asparagus directly on the grill grates or use a grill basket.
4. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the asparagus is tender and has grill marks.
5. Remove from the grill and serve warm, garnished with additional tarragon or lemon zest if desired.
