Spinach and Artichoke Dip

This creamy and flavorful dip is perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in. With a blend of spinach, artichokes, and cheese, it’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients
• 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
• 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
• 1 cup cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and garlic.
3. Mix until well combined and season with salt and pepper.
4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread, or vegetables for dipping.
