Salmon Fillet with Capers and Butter Sauce

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add the salmon fillets to the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
4. Carefully flip the salmon and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
