Ingredients:
• 2 cans (6 oz each) canned salmon, drained and flaked
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 egg, beaten
• 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, parsley, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and beaten egg. Mix until well combined.
