Ingredients
• 1 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
• 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a food processor, combine the roasted red peppers, cream cheese, sour cream, feta cheese, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
