Ingredients:
• 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
• 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
• 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
• 1 tablespoon olive oil (for panko)
• Optional: Cooking spray

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the thawed and drained spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
