Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup ketchup (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar (for glaze)



Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
5. In a small bowl, mix the ketchup and brown sugar, then spread it over the top of the meatloaf.
