• 12 large clams (such as littlenecks), scrubbed and opened
• 4 slices bacon, chopped
• 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon and place it on a paper towel to drain, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.
