BBQ Beef Ribs

These tender and flavorful beef ribs are slow-cooked and smothered in a smoky barbecue sauce. Perfect for summer gatherings or any time you crave a delicious, hearty meal.

Ingredients
* 3 pounds beef ribs
* 2 tablespoons brown sugar
* 1 tablespoon paprika
* 1 tablespoon garlic powder
* 1 tablespoon onion powder
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon black pepper
* 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
* 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
3. Rub the spice mixture all over the beef ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
4. Place the ribs in a roasting pan with a lid or on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and cover with another piece of foil.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
6. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
7. Remove the ribs from the oven and brush them with barbecue sauce on both sides.
8. Grill the ribs for about 5 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the sauce is caramelized and sticky.
9. Serve hot with additional barbecue sauce on the side.
