  • 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk (or milk with 1 tablespoon vinegar added)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: white chocolate chips or chopped nuts for added texture

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and matcha powder.
