Ingredients:
- 1 pound pork (shoulder or belly), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 large daikon radish, peeled and diced

- 1 onion, chopped
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, sliced
- 2-3 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: bok choy or other leafy greens





Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
2. Add the minced garlic and sliced ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
3. Add the pork pieces to the pot, browning them on all sides.
4. Once the pork is browned, pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
5. Add the diced daikon radish and soy sauce to the pot. Cover and let it simmer for about 30-40 minutes, or until the pork is tender and the daikon is cooked through.
6. If using, add bok choy or other leafy greens during the last few minutes of cooking until wilted.
