Indulge in the creamy, comforting delight of rice cream, a luscious dish that melds the subtle sweetness of rice enhanced with a sprinkle of gomashio, a traditional Japanese seasoning or toasted sesame seeds and sea salt.

Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 tablespoons gomashio (you can find my gomashio recipe HERE)


Instructions
- Place the brown rice and a food processor a pulse a few times to grind to a coarse consistency
- Boil 2 cups boiling water and stir in the processed rice.
- Allow to simmer until water has absorbed completely. Add more boiling water for a creamier consistency if desired.
- Sprinkle in gomashio. Enjoy!
