Rice Cream and Gomashio

  1. Place the brown rice and a food processor a pulse a few times to grind to a coarse consistency
  2. Boil 2 cups boiling water and stir in the processed rice.
  3. Allow to simmer until water has absorbed completely. Add more boiling water for a creamier consistency if desired.
  4. Sprinkle in gomashio. Enjoy!
