Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup cold water



Instructions
- heat a large cast iron skillet over high heat
- combine the flour, salt, and olive oil
- drizzle water in 1 spoonful at a time until dough holds well enough to be rolled out
- pinch of small handfuls of dough at a time and roll into rounds
- place on heated skillet and cook until bubbles form on dough
- flip and do the same on the other side
*careful not to over cook or the tortillas will be dry and brittle
