Tortilla Chips

Ingredients
• 10 corn tortillas
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• Optional: spices such as chili powder, garlic powder, or cumin for added flavor
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2. Cut each tortilla into triangles, creating six to eight pieces per tortilla
3. In a large bowl, toss the tortilla triangles with vegetable oil and salt until evenly coated
4. Spread the tortilla pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy
6. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving; add more salt or spices if desired
