Mango Salsa

Ingredients
• 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
• 1 small red onion, finely chopped
• 1-2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced (adjust to taste)
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• Juice of 1 lime
• Salt to taste
• Optional: 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the diced mangoes, chopped red onion, minced jalapeño peppers, and diced red bell pepper.
2. Add the chopped cilantro and lime juice to the mixture, stirring gently to combine.
