This Mango Lassi is a delightful blend of ripe mangoes, yogurt, and a hint of cardamom, making it the perfect accompaniment to spicy dishes or a refreshing treat on a hot day. Smooth and satisfying, it’s a classic Indian beverage that’s easy to make at home.

Ingredients
• 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
• 1 cup plain yogurt
• 1/2 cup milk (or water for a lighter version)
• 2 tablespoons sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
• Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions
1. In a blender, combine the chopped mango, yogurt, milk (or water), sugar or honey, and ground cardamom
2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding ice cubes if you prefer a chilled lassi
3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary
4. Pour the mango lassi into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with a sprinkle of cardamom if desired
