This Honey Marmalade Glazed Ham is a delightful dish that infuses the rich flavor of ham with a luscious blend of honey and marmalade, creating a perfect balance of sweetness and savory. Ideal for holiday gatherings or special occasions, it brings a festive touch to any table.

Ingredients

  • 1 fully cooked ham (about 8-10 pounds)
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves (optional)
  • Whole cloves for studding (optional)

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C)
2. Place the ham in a roasting pan, cut side down, and score the surface in a diamond pattern
3. In a bowl, combine honey, orange marmalade, Dijon mustard, and ground cloves, mixing until smooth
4. Brush half of the glaze over the surface of the ham, ensuring it gets into the scored cuts
5. If desired, stud the ham with whole cloves for added flavor and presentation
6. Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and bake for about 1.5 to 2 hours, basting with the remaining glaze every 30 minutes
7. Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes of cooking to allow the glaze to caramelize and develop a nice color
8. Once heated through, remove the ham from the oven, let it rest for 10-15 minutes, then slice and serve
