Grilled Salmon with Lemon-Dill Glaze

Ingredients
• 4 salmon fillets
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 lemon, zested and juiced
• 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
• 1 tablespoon honey
• Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, dill, honey, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
3. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the glaze over them, making sure each fillet is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
4. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
5. Place the marinated salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill.
6. Grill for 5-6 minutes, then carefully flip and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
7. Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
8. Serve with lemon wedges and drizzle with any remaining glaze.
