Ingredients

• Salt and pepper, to taste

### Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

2. Prepare the Potatoes:
Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. You can peel them if you prefer, but leaving the skin on adds extra texture and flavor. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into wedges (about 6-8 wedges per potato).

3. Season the Wedges:
In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat all the wedges evenly.

4. Arrange on Baking Sheet:
Spread the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they are not overcrowded to ensure they become crispy.

5. Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, turning the wedges halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy. If you like them extra crispy, you can broil them for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end, but watch closely to avoid burning.

6. Optional: Add Parmesan:
