Ingredients
• 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
• 2 tablespoons olive oil

• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C)
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
3. In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated
4. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they don’t overlap
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping the chips halfway through, until they are golden and crispy
6. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese during the last 10 minutes of baking
7. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving
