
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 6 cups water
- 1 tablespoon sea salt and 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil



Instructions
- Scoop seeds from a fresh pumpkin
- Clean seeds from pumpkin flesh, thoroughly rinsing in a colander
- Preheat oven to 350o
- Place rinsed pumpkin seeds, water, and 1 tablespoon salt in a saucepan and boil for 10 minutes
- Strain pumpkin seeds, mix in oil and 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Spread pumpkin seeds on baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, stirring frequently
**Add 1 teaspoon lime and 1/2 teaspoon chili powder to seeds before baking for an extra flavor option
