Ingredients:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 ¼ teaspoons) active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¾ cup warm milk (110°F)
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened (for filling)
- ½ cup honey (for filling)
- ½ cup maple syrup (for filling)
- ½ teaspoon orange rind zest (for filling)
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon (for filling)
- ½ cup chopped pecans (for filling)
- ½ cup raisins (for filling)

Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, yeast, salt, and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Mix well and set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together warm milk, maple syrup, honey, melted butter, and eggs until well combined.
3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until incorporated. Slowly add the remaining flour, kneading until a soft dough forms (about 5-7 minutes).
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
5. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle (about ¼ inch thick).
6. In a separate bowl mix butter, honey, maple syrup, orange zest, cinnamon, pecans, and raisins. Spread the mixture evenly over the dough.
7. Carefully roll the dough tightly from one long side to the other to form a log.
8. Slice the log into 12 equal pieces and place them in a greased baking dish. Cover and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
9. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the buns for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
