Pumpkin Bread

Pumpkin bread is a moist and flavorful quick bread that captures the essence of fall with its warm spices and rich pumpkin flavor. This delightful treat is perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert, and can be enjoyed on its own or topped with butter, cream cheese, or your favorite spread.

Ingredients:
* 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 cup granulated sugar
* 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
* 2 large eggs
* 1 cup pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
* 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
* 1/4 cup water
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, pumpkin puree, oil or melted butter, water, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. If desired, fold in the chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
6. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Allow the pumpkin bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy this delicious and aromatic pumpkin bread!
