Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 4 tablespoons chili pawder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 2 cups chicken broth (find my broth recipes HERE and HERE)
- 1/4 cup tomato paste

Instructions
- In a thick pan fry oil and flour, stirring continually until flour browns to the color of a copper penny
- add garlic and fry lightly
- add all other ingredients and simmer for 5-7 minutes
